RICS HomeBuyer Report.

This report is mainly suitable for houses of conventional design without major alterations or extensions.  Older properties or those that have been altered or extended are more suited to a Building Survey.

Energy Performance Certificates

All properties sold or let in England or Wales require an Energy Performance Certificate.  The E.P.C. is also an intrinsic part of the HIP or Home Information Pack.  As qualified domestic energy assessors we are licensed  to produce these reports, and provide advice energy/cost saving measures that can be taken in your home.
