Guy Woodcock Chartered Surveyors was established in June 2011, by the now Managing Director Guy Woodcock, following a number of years working in North Wales, initially for the WDA from 1982 to 1986, and then for David W. Pearse & Co. from 1986 to 1991, and from 1991 to 2011 for Premier Surveyors Limited. 

A change in the nature of business, with improved technology has seen the practice, now based under one roof, but with the partners/surveyors based at various towns throughout North Wales with the use of computer links.
